Horrible service Edcon and Finrite

I have a complaint regarding a cell phone insuracane claim. I did through Edcon and Finrite. I claimed they never came back to me with feedback. I had to do a follfollow-up to what out the out come, only to find they could not get the proof of payments for the access fee of this claim. after a week they told me they can only give me the old phone and that I can't upgrade which this was not the informationI got when I was joining the insurance and three stores failed to give me the correct regarding claims process.I escalated the matter to finrite was assisted by Susan the supervisor who said she wl escalate the matter and later failed to assist me,I'm not happy with this kind of service Edcon and Finrite is incomplicate,I DONT WANT THE OLD PHONE I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
