Horrible Service

Ntombi Radebe placed us on hold before 12h00 it is now 12h43 and the lines are closed we cant get through using another number and she never came back with update I bet she is working from home watching TV forgot about customers. We have provide everything at Edgars Menlyn please sort it out and SMS my husband Mr Masongwa, we will definitely be shopping new insurance your service is pathetic
