Horrible service

Still another week nothing has been done ..Now I want the money I paid as access fee ..I called Finrite and was denied a call record.. Now I don't have time for this ..I want my money returned I sent many emails and nobody in that company feels a need to respond to them..horrified ..something needs to be done asap ..what is the point of this ??
