Horrible service and delayed turn-around time

I have no idea why businesses use Finrite as their short-term insurance, Finrite has horrible service and we keep paying for our insurance for people that don't even make the means to keep clients satisfied. I just wish the TFG can find a better service provider because this one is just a waste of our money. A 5 days turnaround time takes months of running around. Poor poor service
