Horrible Service

My phone went in for repairs via Finrite Administrators for a screen that had cracked. When my phone was returned it did not work the minute I took it off the charger. The phone was returned more damaged than when it went in. The insurer got back to me and stated they would replace it. The phone that went in was a Samsung and if it hadn't returned damaged it would still be a Samsung. I do not want any other brand. This is not what we pay insurance for. If we pay for apples, then we expect to get apples should anything happen. I did not claim for the phone to be more damaged... If this is not handled in a proper manner, It will be escalated.
