Horrible service

<p>Wow, your service when one is making a claim is totally horrible... i logged a claim on monday and i have been the one following you guys up everyday and noone bothers to even call back when the phone drops, i have called again today and i asked the agent i spoke to to please call me back , and she agreed and there is still nothing...... I am so unhappy your service is horrible but you never miss a debit how nice...i want this resolved soon before i take it further , iam frustrated enough nit having a phone and the service is sickening</p>
