Horrible service

I lost my cell phone last year November and reported it open a case and got the IEM No from vodacom. I was adviced that my premium was in arreas I have to pay a amount of R478.00 before my claim can be processed and I am made a payment of R480 which I did and send proof of payment. I went to Edgars at Wonderpark to follow a claim. However my claim was not process till today. I was refered from pillar to post between the two insurances which is IUA and Finrite insurance which they are Holland unrighters. Till today my claim is not processed.
