HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have insured my phone with Finrite, I have in turn made a claim and paid and sent proof of payment to them they never bothered to reply, i have called their call centers countless times and they never answer their phones, why is it that insurance companies never own up to their part of the agreement, every time its to pay you give your customers the run around, funny think is, i cant even cancel the insurance policy, they dont answer their calls.
