Horrible service

I put in a claim with finrite about three weeks ago regarding a lost phone and was told I will receive my new phone the next week. The next week comes and I don’t receive anything, so I called the call center again. I was then told that the person who I first spoke to forgot to put my claim through and on top of that didn’t inform me that I would have to pay a fee of R 500. So I love was told to pay the R500 and send through the PoP and I will receive my phone the next week. A week has passed and absolutely no correspondence from Finrite. I phone back again and they claim to not have received my PoP and I now have to resend it and wait another week for my phone. Thy also requested I call back after resending but when I do no one speaks.

When I queried why I should suffer without a phone that I rightfully should have received 2 weeks ago due to the incompetence of their staff on two separate occasions, I was met with no response.

Further to that, on every occasion I try to call Finrite, the calls are picked up but no one speaks and I end up wasting my airtime.

It is so frustrating to be paying for a service where you don’t get what you need. I require the phone urgently, and I feel it so unfair that I have to waste time and effort because of Finrites useless service. I will be changing over to another insurance company and I most definitely would not recommend you guys to anyone, especially considering we have to go through so much nonsense to receive what is ours .
