HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I just want to confirm if there is anybody employed at FINRITE. Firstly they NEVER answers their phones and ALWAYS experience high call volumes. I have submitted my claim on the 16/01 and have not received any feedback up untill now. The last person I spoke to said that they are waiting on TELKOM to give them a report of my phone,when last it was active. I am still without a phone and this hole process is so frustrating. I have never experiences such HORRIBLE service in my entire life. I was so socked when I saw this company has such BAD reviews . YOU GIVE #$%^&8!!!!!!!!!!!SERVICE
