horrible insurance

<p>My wifes phone got ****** on the 27th of april. She opened a case immediately. I bought the phone for her at foschini on my account as a gift and I was offered insurance. So knowing that we have insurance we went to sterns kolonade met a very nice lady that told us we need to go to the store we bought the phone to get all claims documents. We went to menlyn donna got the claim documents was told to fill it in and they would submit. After about two days we got a call saying they need an affidavit as well. My wife went to get the affidavit we submitted it. After that we did not get any feedback. My wife called on the 25 May and spoke to Mpho Teffo which had such an attitude she said that there is outstanding requirements which was smsed to me. I never received anything. How long does one have to wait for a new phone. To sell the insurance foschini is fast but when claiming its a mission. I will never advise anyone to take up insurance with FINRITE!!!! It is the worst insurance company ever. They dont get back to you with anything. You need to call them to get a response. And then thier staff still have attitudes.</p>
