Horrible *********** Services

On the 2nd December i have been ****** in front of the company that i am currently working as my cellphone got jacked. The following day i contacted Finrite insurance administrators to blacklist my IMEI device number, my first attempted call with "Sphiwe" call center agent who rudely assisted me yelling whenever i could not hear what she said and disconnected the call while being on the phone with her.

I than called again as to where i spoke to Kokesto who managed assist me in a very polite manner by providing with my ITC numbers as reference that the device has been blacklisted.

Later on i spoke to a young guy at Finrite call center by the name of Prince Mputle wow this guy requested me to forward through my copy of ID, Invoice Statement and an affidavit from the police station which i did a couple of minutes after his request.

Prince stated that i have to pay an excess fee in order for me to claim my cellphone. I told prince that i had the device for only 4 months and if he can advise me what the cost would be, Prince took a moment to respond to my question as he was mumbling and than said he'll forward me the excess fee attachments as he cannot advice to what the cost may be.

One minute later i received an email from Prince who was not sure on the excess fee price and stated that i have to Pay R5 899.75 to their standard bank account details with the attachment on how the excess fee is calculated.

I was very shocked to see this email with this amount of money to be paid for a cellphone to be claimed which i did not even have for 5 months.

Please kindly note that my cellphone claim is for a Hauwei P30 PRO, since this device has been released in SA its market value abroad was estimated at R14.000.00 - R15.000.00 so i called again and spoke to Poppy to find out why am i paying this high amount for my cellphone claim as i advised her how it should be calculated according to the attachment Prince sent.

So according the how the excess fee is calculated its states that if your claim is within 6 months, you multiply the value of the devices by 25% and divide it by 100 to receive the actual excess fee amount so lets get into some math.

15 000x 25% divded by 100 =3.750.00

So i spoke to Poppy and poppy said to me "No sir you cannot calculate it by the retail price" wow, i than asked her than to what price should one calculate it by and she said the factory price. I asked Poppy whats the factory price and she was not sure again as Prince and said please hold let me check, after checking Poppy finally advises me that its R19.000.00 my gosh.

I asked Poppy if she can put me through to her manager and she said she cannot and advised that she will have this matter escalated and revert back to me with feedback the following day.

I let a full week slip me by and still never received no feedback so ii called again on Wednesday and spoke again to Poppy and said she will send me a email on Thursday.

Guys today is Friday and guess who sent me an email ?? Nobody. So today is Friday, I the idiot called in again to find out what is happening and guess what ?? Poppy no longer works for Finrite Administrators said the coloured lady call center agent i asked her to put me to through to her manager she said "ohk please hold i am transferring you through, i'm on hold for 10 good minutes with no assistance and guess what happens ?? my call gets disconnected and still no assistance.
