Horrible horrible service provider

This is the most shocking service ever, disgusting to say. My phone was taken in December for repairs and even today I have not received it. I pay this company about R 400 every month to insure my device and they take so long to fix your phone. No one even bother to follow up. Seriously will not recommend anyone to use this company.
