Horrible horrible service from finrite

I have 2 policies with finrite through telkom which i asked for 1 to be cancelled in may. Till today. December 20 it has not been cancelled. I called one guy called luyanda offered to help. I sent all my.documents to him. But now he fails to respond to my emails. As im writing this riview now i have been holding on their line for more than 30 minutes with karabo because non of the superiors are available to take my call. I have been cut off. Or when they ansa they put me on mute. Why do they even offer any services to the public if they are going to treat them like they are doing us a favour. Im lost for words with this company
