Horrible Company to Insure your Mobile phone.

Beware Cell Phone Insurance is a Con.

You have to wait weeks for a reply.

They don't offer cash in lieu so don't buy a phone thinking you will be reimbursed.

The replacement they is only from their suppliers can source. (They have two suppliers) This means if their suppliers source only "bricks" then you have to chose which brick you want.

We lost an A7, they want to replace this with an A30 or A10, even though my phone was insured for R5000

They then offered the A50 single SIMM . My A7 phone was dual Simm 128GB

I had to pay a further R500 excess and still no phone. I have already replaced the phone.

I have provided them with links to source the original phone for R4999 and the A50S for the same price of cover ie R5000....but wait you can only chose from the phones their suppliers offer!!!

I am not accepting this ******* and escalating this matter to social media exposing Finrite, Jet, Edgars, Edcon as bogus rogues.

Let me not even comment that I have sent 9 emails and no resolve.

Fortunately I record my calls and I will be escalating poor service to senior management, Legalwise Platinum, Clientele legal and the ombudsman for exposing this company as *****.
