Horrible Cellphone Repair or rather repairs - Phone went for repairs 2 times in 7 months still not fixed

<p>I have blackberry Z10 which is insured under Finrite Insurance. In March 2016 I returned the phone to a Jet i have previously purchased it in for repairs. in the period of 6 to 7 months they cellphone has gone back to Finrite Repairs for about 2times each time coming back with a different problem. I have taken back the phone once again to Jet so that they send it for repairs once again. it usually takes about two to three months for the phone to come back from repairs. Each time Jet or myself try to get assistance through the call centre we end up holding the line for about 2 hours and eventually not geeting any assistance. The sad part is that i continue to pay for insurance every month eventhough the phone is not working and at repairs. I would honestly like to get a well functioning phone or my money back. It is really frustruting because even when we call the call center we do not get any help. I really hope that my complait will prompt Finrite to assist in this matter.</p>
