********** Service from Finrite - must be the worst insurance company to deal with

This must be the absolute worst company in customer service and lack of commitment to process a claim.

I first reported a lost device on 6 September 2020, and sent through that I thought were the correct documents. After being sent to Telkom 2 times to get more documents, and proof of upgrades, and proof of insurance and screen shots of some or other system, and to SAPS for an affidavit, I was finally told my claim was being escalated to a superior for approval.

The very next day I was told that that was not the case but that documents were still missing. On Monday 14 September 2020 I received a sms that my claim had now finally been registered and that it would take 48 hours to assess. Well, guess what - on Thursday 17 September 2020 I phoned to follow up and I get told that the documents I have already sent through have the wrong IMEI number on and that Finrite will now email TELKOM for the correct details.

Please tell me why have I been sent to TELKOM 2 times to get documents when Finrite are now emailing TELKOM for the documents that I have already sent Finrite. What a total waste of time and delaying tactic. I have the box in which my phone was purchased in my hand and I read the IMEI number to the operator and she tells me its the wrong number. This is nothing but delaying tactic.

Not once have Finrite phoned back, not once have they rep**** to my emails, the only time I get told what is still missing is when I phone to follow up.

I cannot believe such bad service. Every time there is something else, every time there are more documents missing, not once have they been able to tell me what they require correctly. My phone was lost 11 days ago - and there is absolutely no information from Finrite that they now have the right information, or that my claim can be processed. When I asked for a reference number for my call, I get told they do not have reference numbers.

Absolutely shocking service. Hello Peter and facebook are full of bad comments about Finrite and I can only but agree. Absolutely shocking.
