MOST PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY IN MY 29 YEARS OF EXISTENCE !!!

NO ANSWER for a call over 70 minutes, it's disgusting and disappointing. Spoke to numerous employees ( Katlego & Bernadine, etc) regarding follow ups on a claim. They gave me false feedback by binding yourself (the company) to 2 weeks and it's been a month already, and still haven't received feedback.

Most useless service delivery to exist on planet earth!!!
