Hollard Finrite Insurance & Edgars Store they are very bad & ******

Hollard Finrite Insurance from Edgars store is refusing to replace my phone after paying the access fee & the difference money they have requested. After paying all the money they have requested they hang up the phone on me or lie to me every time I ask when are they gonna deliver my phone. They never call me like they promise & when I phone they lie. First of all they told me that my phone is out of the market & then they offered me the phones I don't want & when I ask that they give me the phone of my choice & pay the difference they refused & they forced me to take the phone of their choice & pay the difference. They are rude & not professional at all. After forcing me to choose the phone of their choice they don't deliver it nor communicate with me. To think that I have 2 insurances with them it makes me angry & sad because I had this insurance for too long.
