I was ****** twice in one month, hey helped replace my second claim in less than a week and my case was attended to with care and urgency. I'm so sad that i will not be able to use their insurance out side of the borders of South Africa as i will be leaving to the stated for a year, However i have made it a point to let everyone know of the great service they offer, i have even managed to get two of my friends to buy their devices at game so that they can insure with the Hollard Finerite game insurance.
