Hollard cellphone insurance is a ****

Hi my name is Marvin MATSANE I bought a cellphone at game 3years ago and took an insurance with hollard at game store and after 3years of paying the insurance I finally had a problem and went on to claim in October 2020 and they told me that I should pay access fee of 200rands which I did and I said I should take a phone because my phone couldn't be fixed, and I told them that I still want the same brand that I was insured on Which is a xiaomi redmi and they said they don't offer that anymore. Which I understood and they offered to give me cash back which till today I am still waiting, and I am asking myself if they are failing to pay me R2000 how about if I have a bigger claim like life cover or funeral cover would hollard pay or what? Because they have been giving me a run around to the extent that I went to their office in park town and they never helped me, but every month they are busy debiting my account. Maybe they want me to stop their debt so they could say we can't pay because of this and that.

I tried calling them again after they have told me to hold and hung up later and I have spoke to Veronica Moshwana and I asked her the reference number of my call and she said I should use the phone number I was calling on as a reff which is ***. So she told me that it is being taken up with hollard and I said to her can she please give me hollard email address so I could write them an email and she refused. So I have came to the conclusion that hollard is a **** indeed and by the look of things I will never be paid the 2000rands.
