Highly disappointed,worst service ever

How utterly I'm disappointed regarding Foschini group finrite.i bought my phone last year November at HiStore Maponya Mall,and insured my cellphone same day.until today ,I was not debited for insurance until today,and I know they will have issues when I claim. They took me back and forth,Hi store said I must call finrite call center call center agents not helpful and hold for 30 minutes and drop the call.
