highly aggreviated customer

I recently had a claim with finrite and this company has been giving me the run around since February, They recently sent me a sms with the amount that I had to pay, payment was paid and when I called the call centre I had rude consultants that did not even assist me and kept on putting me on hold they did even want to supply me with correct email addresses, now they state I need to pay additional amounts as they were notified about these amounts recently, and they were going to let me know in time, I have even asked for a refund and copies of the calls and turned a blind eye. Finrite is the worst insurance company I dealt with no customer service at all.
