Hi im dealing with finrite insurance i have laid a complain with their complaints department and still have not received any response, the service i have received is just pathetic, i have cellphone insurance which I've taken with Tfg its full 3 weeks today and im not being contacted for any updates on the request. I have contacted them and they told me that they nees to get a copy of the telephone conversation as i took up the policy via the phone and they dont have a policy number. All this o was told only when i made efforts to call their call centre. Im still in the dark as we speak. Im so frustrated any assistance would be appreciated
