Hi finrite has known about my cellphone damage claim since the 20th when I went to claim for the LCD breaking, Camera cover cracking and breaking. They wasted R110 airtime of mine with no help. No providing me the call recordings as their machine says when holding for an agent. They have taken this amount of time to collect my cellphone last week after saying it takes 24 to 48 hours, then 4 working days. Then escalated for approval. All without the actual cellphone which was laying with Markham tokai until they arranged the collection. After almost a month. Poor service, poor etiquette, poor poor poor.
