Helpless

I'm an Edgar's customer for years now and I would like share my experience regarding cellphone insurance I have with finrite and,it's on going since last year December I have registered a claim which is pending due to a imei number that is not on there system. I have been corresponding via emails but not getting any positive results. Finrite direct me to iua and from there to customer care and form there to complaints department like a circus it just never ends positively. I'm now fed up with them messing me around,if there's anyone that can be of assistance it would be highly appreciated
