Have I been duped?

<p>I have put a claim for my CellC contract phone that was ****** and also paid the excess that FINRITE asked me to pay. I have also sent them the proof of payment, now I can't get hold of them and they don't response to all the numerous emails that i have sent. I spoke with Dineo Tiro. I need someone to call me fast and deliver my phone</p>
