Happy service

At first i was not happy with the service and customer care i received from Finrite in connection to my Cellphone Insurance Claim, i was on hold for Numerous times.I then contacted a the commission where i was called by Mr T Molefe who made sure that he handled my situation best and fast i thank him for his service. I was then referred to the administrators and i was contacted by various rude consultants until i received communication from Andile Mkwa**** and was able to assist me professionally and friendly. After a week i did not receive communication but called in again and spoke to Ms Natasha Classen. She was friendly and made sure that she listened to me without interrupting me. She handled my situation the best and not once said to me she will call me but instead made me hold on the line to give me that peace of knowing that my call and query was important to her and for that i would like to thank her. She made sure that she will not stop intervening until my device was delivered to me. And indeed it was delivered today and Im 100% happy. I would like to thank Ms Natasha Classen For her 100% leadership and service, that woman deserves a Bell's and make sure that she gets it..Unfortunately i would do this personally but i do not know her offices or whereabouts, But thank you
