Greatful

I'd like to humbly express my sincere gratitude to Natasha Carr for all the help with my claim. Yes I got really frustrated by how long a simple claim took to fulfil. Natasha has been that light that I needed when all hope was lost. She kept me updated from the first day that we've been in contact. Natasha's level of patience is worthy of being commended because I haven't always been easy to work with, however she remained composed throughout all engagements.
