I’d just like to thank one amazing customer care consultant Thuto Mashigo for resolving my queries and issues and following up with me like he said he would.If every consultant works like Thuto does there would be no issues ,customers just need reassurance and someone to listen to.He never once made a promise he couldn’t keep and never answered back with “I’m not sure” or “I don’t know” .He made it his duty to find out how he could fix my issue.Please use Thuto as an example to your other consultants.
