I submitted my claim for a lost phone with Finrite. They made contact with me the very same day. I missed the call. They called again the next day and advised of the required documents. They advised of the access amount to be paid. Thereafter they advised of my cellphone options. Two days later, which is today, I received the replacement phone. I got the phone in less than 5days. Im sorry to say that I don't remember the names of the people I dealt with. I just remember the last person, Rose. Impressive service right through. There was no long waiting on the fone. They were so professional and efficient. I'm impressed really. Thank you Game Finrite Administrators. It was a pleasure dealing with you.
