<p>True Story ~ My phone was ****** out of my hand snd in a flash my life became hell. Not having a phone now days is unheard of.! Thinking to myself about all the stuff this insursnce company was going to make me do I phoned them! The call was taken by woman with a sweet voice and she was very friendly - Bianca soon told me what I needed to fo ~ black list phone, Report to SAPS, email documents snd pay s fee of R150 - done in two days - Phoned them back snd got Voroica on the line also friendly - Total of 3 days and I got an email asking where I would l8ke to send my phone to! Great Service Thanks Bianca You make this bad experience a snack!</p>
