Game Stores & Finrite Insurance

I have a cell phone contract with Vodacom witch I took out at Game Store in Promenade mall in Mitchells Plain & the Lady at the counter advised to take out Cell Phone insurance with Finrite Insurance. I pay my account every month (never a late payment). I had a problem with my phone and decided to put in a clam, Finrite Insurance sent Ram Couriers to collect my phone on the 24/06/2015 they promised me that my phone will be sorted out and I would get it back within 3 weeks from the date of collection. I have sent them numerous emails but to no avail, I have tried calling them but never get through. So today 12 August 2015 I eventually get to speak to one of the agents Patrick only to find out that my cell phone has been in storage all the time and has never been sent to the repair centre. As per Patrick there is nothing they can do about the fact that the phone wasn't sent in for repairs yet even though it has been 49 Days since they collected my phone. I think its pathetic service they are rendering. Try to pay late then they are quick to call you but when you have too clam no one wants to help you. I am now without a phone for 49 days and they cant give a **** about their clients
