Game Finrite Insurance

Good day,

I there PLEASE don't EVER take out insurance with Finrite. It is two weeks later and they still giving me the run-around for a simple claim. They cannot find my details on the system, they hang up the phone whilst you are on a call with them you call them back and the phone gets dropped in your ears. There is no effort made by the consultants to assist and to top it off they will tell you where you must collect your claim. I have never ever experience such bad customer service.
