<p>On the 26 december 2016 somebody stole my cell phone inside my car while it was on the charge, i went to Vodacom store to blacklist my phone then i received ITC number then after i went to Akasia Police Station to open a case and received case number</p> <p>i sent all the required documentions to Finrite as they requested, ID copy, Affidavit and they promised to revert back, after one week they phone me and they request motivational for unattended vehicle because by the time my phone got ****** they was nobody inside they car, i sent motivation letter to Finrite and they told me they are waiting for a feedback from Hollard after another few days i received a letter from Hollard via email which state that my claim has being rejected per policy clauses 6.1 and 7.15</p> <p>i have no idea about those specific Exclusions, i never received any policy documents from Hollard, they request the letter from me by knowing that they going to reject my claim, Hollard is not trustfully as they dont provide their client with the insurence documents, they only know how to debit their money. Im not happy about the treatment that i received from them, they not fair at all.</p> <p>it is the worsed insurance i ever meet, they can trick you easy with their hiding policy clauses right that you dont know where they come from!! right now im sitting with out cell phone i sent complaint letter to The Omudsman for Short Term Insurance regarding the tricky treatment i received from Game Finrite!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Policy number : GMP0L ********** </p> <p>Claim Number : GMCML31780</p>
