Game and finrite insurance. Do not go there

<p> 14 months ago I bought 2 x J5 cellphones cash from Game. As a Christmas special they were selling insurance for cell phones for R75 each a month. What caught my attention is that they said when I brake the cellphone screen they will fetch it from my home and 3 days later return it fixed. After 14 months I launched the first claim and it took 3 MONTHS to resolve. I had to launch several phone calls and e mails to the complaints department to get results. Helpline never answers the phone</p>
