FUNRITE worst insurance to deal with

I have never experienced such service like this in my entire life ,I have been shopping at markhams for years Bill is paid on time , I have purchased a cellphone in cash worth R6000 ,also took the insurance which they sell you making it look attractive, Now that my phone had been damaged ,I have lodged my complain with the store 3 months ago and still I am out with a phone This insurance company FUNRITE is the worst insurance company I have come across where they don't take calls they don't respond to emails nothing ,I was in the phone for 45min 4times in the week,how can these retail stores use this insurance company when they provide services like this ,I have paid my monthly premiums without fail to get this kind of service, further more if you look at there Facebook page there are so many clients who are experiencing the same ,I am not getting anywhere even the Markham store has tried and failed ,I really don't know who else to raise this concern to ,the last communication was an sms saying phone ti be replaced ,I really think the insurance ombudsman should really look into this company,maybe the website is all **** ???????
