Frustration

Hi guys I just want to voice my opinion today about telkom.

I was to voice my frustration with you guys

I have been receiving sms about my account being in areas I've been calling telkom the whole morning and afternoon and no one wants to help me they keep referring me or dropping the call in my ear! So my question is as follows!

Do you run a business like this? Is this the type of service you are running? I can almost guarantee you that telkom will not last in this Service provider world we are currently living in!

So many people are disgruntled and discouraged to choose telkom as their sole service provider and they are losing clients by the hour!!!

Because I am also in IT a lot of my friends and family members asked me who do I recommend as a provider?

Telkom was never mentioned in that conversation because I know how bad they are and those there the people who have a lot of business and making big bucks so they need a reliable provider!!

So now it goes back to me it shows my account is on areas by 2 thousand and something! I was being charged for line that was never installed and all of a sudden it is canceled!!!

So I keep receiving sms's from telkom nudebt saying my account is in areas when I phoned telkom they cannot pick up my account!!

How is that even possible???

I need this rectified as soon as possible because this is getting freaken annoying and frustrating!

If this is not resolved soon I will guarantee you that this has been document let alone know about this micky mouse company.
