frustrating Service of finrite insurance administrators

The Company has very poor service I have been waiting for my phone for close to 2months now and they do not answer calls you wait listening to that terrible music of theirs for a whole hour just to get no answer or be transferred to another person that you wait for another hour if lucky they will answer or not at all its totally a waste of time their employees drop called on your ear while talking I regret taking insurance with Finrite they even charge high access fees for this appalling service...please help us as customers this business must shut down or improve service its very irritating
