Frustrated due to no delivery of phone

My phone was ****** on the 8th March 2015 and a claim was sent to CSurance on the 9th March. I supp**** all documentation on the 9th March and paid an excess fee on the 7th April. Till today 28 April, I have not received my replacement phone. The last email communication from cellc was that I should wait for the store to contact me to collect my phone, the email was recieved on the 15th April. I keep calling the Cellc store at Maponya and today I called again but my phone STILL has not been delivered.<br> <br> I am EXTREMELY frustrated because I cant pay for insurance then suffer when I need delivery on their part.<br> Please assist me.
