FRUSTRATED
i registered a claim at the beginning of November and to date no one has assisted. I have sent numerous emails to Monique to no avail. when you call you are put on hold for hours on end until your airtime runs out...you responded to my hellopeter complaint 2 weeks ago that someone would call to assist and to date no one has called or emailed. I just want my phone,
