********** - FINRITE more like FINWRONG
Why on earth did Telkom partner with these **********??? Their lines are now unavailable and they don't respond to any communication............................ I submitted a claim early this month, and have been getting sms's from these ********** up until I paid my excess. This was last Thursday - 09/07 and after they received my money they vanished into thin air. To say I am livid would be an understatement.
I need my phone fixed and I want to cancel their ********** contract ASAP.
