I am totally disappointed with the service im getting from Finrite and telkom. I still have not received any feedback from the company with regards to my claim and its almost 2 months now.

I have made payments as requested by the administrators, sent numerous emails as well as making calls to the centre but what i get is empty promises from the agents.

If only i knew the service from the company is very disappointing and the administrators are ***********, they dont care about their clients then maybe i would have chosen a different service provider and insurance company too.

What is shocking about this is that i have never given you guys problems with making payments to the account or paying for the services but when its time for you guys to deliver then it becomes a problem.

The last time i phoned in a gentlemen told me i need to make another payment but i have already made payments.
