Foschini and finrite worst cellphone insurance ever I want my money back

2016 I took out a cellphone insurance with Foschini and paying it every month I was supposed to receive a cellphone worth R4999.00. In February 2018 I lost my phone and submitted all the paperwork at Rosebank Foschini. Came 02 March 2018 I was called to receive another cellphone in which the following happened: I was given the same cellphone that I had bought in 2016 only this time it was marked down by R1000,00. Then I had to pay an access fee of R750,00 cash. To top it all now foschini has charged another R1000,00 on my account for the cellphone which I took it back to the shop since i had not used the cellphone together with my card because I don't understand how I'm supposed to pay R1750,00 for a cellphone that was supposed to be from an insurance . To this day I haven't had feedback, and the worse part is that I am getting phone calls from Foschini head office telling me that I need to pay for my account to avoid charges. My account used owes R76.00 a month which is for cellphone insurance so now that I don't have a cellphone what am I paying for Foschini.

All I ask from Foschini is to give me back all the money that I was paying for insurance for all those month, plus my R750,00 and since I have given back the cellphone and the Foschini card please do keep it because my relationship with the shop ended the moment I was taken for a ride.
