Finrite/Vodacom

What a **** of a company! How can Vodacom be associated with a **** like these guys? I'm not sure who to blame, Vodacom or Finrite Administrators?

On the 13 February 2019 I booked my phone in for repair or replacement at the Vodacom repair centre Loch Logan waterfront, Bloemfontein for a cracked screen. After a week of waiting I received a message from Vodacom that notified me of the following: I quote. " With reference to the claim received we regret to advise that we are unable to entertain this claim, as the contracted SIM card was not used together with the cellular telephone at the time of loss" First of all my phone did not get lost! It was damaged! Secondly this is my only contracted phone and the only voice call SIM that I own! Records show that I have been making phone calls from this SIM for the last 5 years up until 3 minutes before booking the phone in for repairs according to Vodacom. Vodacom told me that I must sort it out with Finrite! I say stuff that because Vodacom charge me every month for the insurance and they changed insurance companies recently without my knowledge. I tried phoning Finrite but no answer or a lot of dropped calls. Why must I sort it out if I can't get hold of this company? Vodacom I am very disappointed in you and I have been a customer of you for the last 18 years, but I think it is time to move on to another cellular company. I will be stopping my debit orders at the bank with immediately effect on all my business cellular contracts with Vodacom if this matter is not dealt with immediately!!!!! Advice to new Vodacom clients: Arrange your own insurance!!!
