Finrite's "Loop Hole" Clause for phone repairs means they can legally ***** millions in Insurance.
Isn't there a Zero Star Rating? Anyway I have cellphone insurance with Finrite through my Vodacom account. I purchased another phone as I needed two phone for the office and the phone I got with the contract was used in the field with drivers and workers. They put their own sim cards in and the phone was damaged in the line of work and now Finrite are repudiating the claim because of a "loop hole clause". So the question is if we should all start up a class action law suit against Vodacom and Finrite? I think so. I have multiple contracts with Vodacom and they wont repair a phone for R1900 even though I pay monthly insurance on the unit against damages and they use a technicality in the T&C's which is note very prominent and certainly not sensible because they say any other simcard which would be fine if a phone was manufactured with a hardcoded simcard. But the whole purpose of a sim tray is to change sim's out if required.
