Finrites is a ******* cell phone insurance
Poor service this is like a ****. It been 12mnths paying R150 for nothing and only to find out you can't get help. No assistance through calls or emails. It been more then 3 weeks since i made a claim but till 2day no proper Response from the insurance. Always offline. Iam so angry and ****ed off my airtime is getting wasted for nothing. This insurance campany must be investigated. I for one want my money i would take this further Trust me.
