Finrite...Pathetic!!!

They don't even DESERVE a star!!! Pathetic, totally...completely PATHETIC!!! Handed in a Tablet on the 16th of August 2021, just to find out today that the claim has been declined!!! Luckily a very competent young man at Vodacom Fleurdal went above and beyond to get behind the problem...so now the claim will be processed AGAIN,I'm sure that will take another 3 weeks...and then another 3 weeks for the Tablet to be repaired (If I'm lucky). But in the meantime I'm committed (like always) with my payments...just to get PATHETIC service delivery!!! First-time in 8 years that I put in a claim. Totally DISGUSTING...
