FINRITE\HOLLARD INSURANCE

I had a cellphone insured with Finrite and recently lost my phone. I made a claim and all went well, access paid and that was it. Their communication is terrible no phone call from their side or at least an email since I do not have a phone, later on when I call them I was told that the phone I chose as an option cannot be ordered as the amount is more that the insured amount but I was given those options from their side it was not my choice at all so how possible is that?

I am not happy with their service at all
