Finrite/Hollard deducts monies from my Ackermans account without authorization

Finrite policy administrators registered me as their member without my knowledge and been deducting R71, 00 from my Ackerman's account for 2 years , when i ask for proof they cancel the policy without reimbursing my money. policy no ACKPOL*** i have an account with Ackermans, and as how Finrite obtained access to my details i wont know, been writing emals to Complaints <***> Natasha Claassen| Customer Experience Agent and *** to date i have not received any assistance,
